Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy

1. Return Policy

– Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
– Custom-cut or made-to-order products are non-returnable unless there is a defect or shipping error.
– Returns must include proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at security@toolsandsupplies.com with your order number and the reason for return.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. We will notify you via email once your refund has been approved.
– Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within [5–10 business days].
– Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it ships without any penalty.

– If your order has already shipped, you will need to go through our return process after receiving it.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

5. Restocking Fee
