This used AIRTEMP Electric heater was in good working order when it was taken out of service over 8 years ago.  I think that it icludes air conditioning but there is no condender included.  It has been in dry storage since and looks in good condition.  Size about 57” x 19” x 29”   1.5 (?) HP, 115 volts  single phase, 3.5 Amp,
